1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive supply service of gaseous fuel (sale and provision of distribution service) – high-methane natural gas type E at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to installations located in the buildings of the prosecutor's offices of the Świdnica district. List of prosecutor's offices for which services will be provided:
a. District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica at 1 Maja 21 Street,
b. District Prosecutor's Office in Wałbrzych at 7 Magistracki Square,
c. District Prosecutor's Office in Wałbrzych – Investigative Department at 1 Kilińskiego Street,
d. District Prosecutor's Office in Kłodzko at Pl. Chrobrego 20,
e. District Prosecutor's Office in Dzierżoniów at 1 Rolnicza Street,
f. District Prosecutor's Office in Ząbkowice Sl. at 2 Niepodległości Street.
2. Gas supply will take place on the basis of a comprehensive agreement containing provisions on the sale and provisions on the provision of gas transmission or distribution services and should be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April

Energy Law (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned legal acts.
The supplied gaseous fuel must meet technical standards, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts and Polish Standards
