Description:
The development of biosciences constituting municipal waste from inhabited properties and accepted in PSZOK from Gm. Rokietter.

The development of biowaste constituting municipal waste (biodegradable waste) collected in the context of selective collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties and accepted in P. S.Z.O.K. from Rokietnica Municipality within the period from the date of the signing of the contract (no earlier than 1 January 2022) until 31 December 2022; the Contractor shall be obliged to systematically receive the waste under contract from the operator providing the collection service for the purpose of the waste in question to the Municipality of Rokietnica.

The scope of the contract includes a fraction of biowaste constituting municipal waste code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) together with an estimated quantity of 2880 Mg.

The Contractor undertakes to ensure the development of the actual quantity of biowaste collected in the framework of the selective collection of municipal waste from residents and accepted at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste from the territory of the municipality of Rokietnica during the period of implementation of the subject orders.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the data provided are estimated and the quantity to be received may eventually change (increase or decrease). Failure to fulfil the contract entirely by the Contracting Authority, in case of receipt of waste in less quantity than the quantity stated above, cannot be the basis for the Contractor's financial claims, requesting payment of remuneration or compensation

The Contracting Authority informs that biowaste constituting municipal waste collected in selective collection of municipal waste from residents of the Municipality of Rokietnica is collected in waste containers without the use of bags.

The person receiving the waste on behalf of the Contractor shall be obliged to verify the conformity of the type and code of waste at the time of receipt of waste from the Contractor and confirm its acceptance by the BDO Waste transfer card.

Whenever the Ordering Party uses waste codes, it is appropriate to mean the codes contained in the Climate Minister's Regulation of 2 January 2020 on the Waste Catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10).

The Contractor shall be obliged to:

(a) assurance that is compliant with the requirements of the Waste Management Act in Recovery (R) or Disposal (D) processes;

(b) handling waste in a manner consistent with the waste management hierarchy;

(c) the provision of municipal installations/municipal installations in which/the processing of municipal biowaste will occur taking into account the principle of proximity, i.e. compliance with the principle that waste must be transmitted, taking into account the hierarchy of ways of handling waste, and the best available technique referred to in Article 207 of the Law of 27 April 2001. Environmental Law (uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1973 as amended) or the technology referred to in Article 143 of that Act, to the nearest places where they can be processed,

(d) provide for municipal installations/municipal installations with processing capacity allowing for the use of waste covered by this contract,

The use of waste collected in waste recovery or disposal facilities in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste in question

in Article 17 of the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (uniform text of Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 779 as amended).

The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the object of the contract in accordance

with the requirements of relevant law, including environmental protection, sanitation, health and safety, fire and local law,

and in particular:

(a) by the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and by implementing acts to the Act,

(b) the Law of 27 April 2001 of Environmental Law (uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1219 as amended) and by implementing acts to the Act,

(c) the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities

(Uniform text of Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and by implementing acts to the Act.

(d) The Contractor is obliged to keep records of the waste, in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended), Maintaining documentation related to the implementation of the object of the contract:

(e) at the end of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit a report

in the scope of services provided, covering the duration of the contract. The report shall indicate the quantity in Mg and the frequency of waste management. The Contractor shall be obliged to attach correctly completed amounts by weight to this report of the services provided.
