The contract mainly consists of the following works:

preparatory construction and / or demolition works of roadways, footpaths, of local and linear elements;

all earthworks necessary for the execution of the works according to the indications of the plans;

the execution of ordinary sewerage and drainage works: pipes, ducts, access and connection wells, overflow structures, pumping stations and street gullies;

laying pavements of bituminous materials on crushed stone foundation;

placing curbs and edge strips of concrete, including foundation and prop in lean concrete;

the construction of cycle paths, concrete ramps;

carrying out the landscaping;

maintenance of all works until final delivery.

The purpose of the contract is to carry out the revitalization of the Gullegem-Moorsele business park.
