The client wishes to supply 10/15 / 20-0.4 kV distribution transformers to the entire supply area.
The range includes the following types of distribution transformers:
- 10.5 / 0.42 kV
- 15.75 / 0.42 kV
- 21.0 / 0.42 kV
Requirements for the above are described in more detail in Annex B requirements specification.
It is a requirement that winning supplier establish a consignment warehouse. Requirements for size of consignment warehouse are given in Appendix C offer list.
It is estimated with a total annual volume of approx. 350 pcs. broken down into different types and sizes. Distribution of estimated consumption is shown in Appendix C supply list. The estimate is the contractor's best bid based on historical consumption as well as expected increased activity. The estimate is not binding on the client.

N1 A / S and Evonet A / S are expected to merge into one company per share. 01/01/2020. The merger will mean that Evonet A / S will become the continuing company named N1 A / S. The merger is part of the contracting entity's new organization of the Norlys Group, of which the grid companies are a part, and will therefore have no influence on either the tendering process or the tendering process. N1 Randers A / S is expected to merge into N1 A / S (Evonet A / S) per share. 01/01/2021.
If, as expected, Evonet A / S and N1 A / S have not been finally merged at the conclusion of the contract, the winning supplier, in the period up to the merger, must be aware that an agreement has been reached with all the above companies.
