The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as meadow and agricultural management, resulting from The Annex. 2 to the SWZ, but they are estimates.
Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in the Annex. 3 to SWZ. Annex 3 also specifies a description of the rules for the procedure for commissioning commissioned works.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as similar contracts) within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Timber harvesting in forestry: 05 (Wielobłota) and 09 (Zabór)The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672), including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood and other activities indicated in the Annex to the SWZ, planned to be performed in 2023 in the Przytok Forest District - forestry: Polygon and Zabór.
