The IRIS Foundation intends to select a project management organization to supervise a new construction project for one of its educational locations. It concerns the new building of Vakcollege Thamen in Uithoorn.

For this Assignment, the IRIS Foundation expects at least a total contract sum that exceeds the threshold of the Proportionality Guide for services (€ 215,000 ex VAT). Furthermore, the Client wishes to express an intention to award the contract with the Contractor for the total assignment (up to and including delivery and aftercare phase). The concrete work will be carried out by the Client in phases.
