HCC is seeking a supplier who can fulfil HCC’s exhibition stand requirements both in the UK and abroad, consumer and trade stands for listed events.

HCC requires a company to provide a full stand design, build & support service for the following key shows throughout 2022-2024:

2022

Royal Welsh Show, Builth Wells 22nd -25th July 2022 ( 2 x stands)

Interactive Children’s Exhibit, Science Village, National Eisteddfod (Tregaron) August 2022

Sial, Paris 15th -19nd October 2022

Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Builth Wells November 2022

2023

Sirha, Lyon January 2023

Tutto Food, 8-11 May Milan 2023

Royal Welsh Show, Builth Wells July 2022 (2 x stands)

Anuga, Cologne 07–11 October

Taste Wales 2023 (participation and date tbc)

Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Builth Wells 30th Nov & 1st Dec 2023

Please note that given dates and locations of these shows may be subject to change.

Although it does not anticipate doing so, HCC reserves the right to withdraw its requirements for a stand(s) for a particular show. Once such notice has been given, the Supplier will no longer be required to provide the stand in question. HCC will meet any costs reasonably incurred up to the date of cancellation, subject to the provision of backing evidence.

HCC may decide to participate in other shows or exhibitions during the term of the agreement.
