SIPPEREC, in its capacity as conceding authority, is required to carry out checks relating to the quality of electricity distribution and supply throughout the concession in accordance with the concession contract signed with EDF and Enedis (formerly Erdf) on 5 July 1994. The purpose of this call for tenders consists in the revival of the market of:-Lot 1: control of the public service of the distribution and supply of electricity, and databases of a technical nature,-lot 2: in situ technical control of the elements of the concession
