The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer of ownership to the courts of common appeal of Szczecin, new and unused printing equipment and multifunctional equipment (in accordance with the complex part) together with the provision of warranty services under the rules laid down in Annex 3 to SWZ and in detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract set out in the Annexes to SWZ No 5 to 5a.
