The subject of this contract is the one-time installation and one-time disassembly of the temporary natural grass surface together with the substructure, along with appropriate maintenance, including care, mowing, fertilization, watering, renovation and filling in defects, as well as making turf markings from the moment of its laying to the moment of its disassembly. The scope of work also includes the replacement of damaged or damaged turf fragments during and between events organized on it, the installation and dismantling of a temporary synthetic grass surface together with the substructure, the execution of connections between both surfaces (natural and artificial) and accompanying works.

The subject of the Order is the one-time installation and one-time disassembly of the temporary natural grass surface together with the substructure, along with appropriate maintenance, including care, mowing, fertilization, watering, renovation and filling in defects, as well as marking the turf from the moment of its laying to the moment of its disassembly. The scope of work also includes the replacement of damaged or damaged turf fragments during and between events organized on it, the installation and dismantling of a temporary synthetic grass surface together with the substructure, the execution of connections between both surfaces (natural and artificial) and accompanying works.

The Contractor's duties also include the installation, commissioning and disassembly of 22 sprinklers (sprinklers together with the connection system are provided by the Ordering Party) along with their installation in the turf and adjustment. The Contractor will also assemble and disassemble the goal sleeves for football goals and install and disassemble the sleeves for attaching the corner flags on the concrete slab of the PGE Narodowy pitch (goal sleeves and sleeves for corner flags are provided by the Ordering Party).

1. The laying of the turf in November 2023, as part of the Order, will take place for events taking place on the following dates:

1) 17.11.2023 and 21.11.2023 – two matches with the participation of the Polish A men's national football team.

For laying the turf, the Ordering Party provides min. 7-day turf assembly time with substructure - from the moment of handing over the surface to the Contractor until the acceptance of the turf laying by the Ordering Party.

2. Acceptance of the laying / preparation of the turf for individual events will take place on the following dates:

1) match 17.11.2023 – acceptance of the laying of the turf on 16.11.2023 at 8:00 a.m.;

2) match 21.11.2023 – acceptance of turf preparation on 20.11.2023 at 8:00 a.m.

3. The dismantling of the turf along with the substructure and cleaning of the drainage system of the pitch and washing of its surface will take place on the following date:

1) from 22.11.2023 at 00:01 to 24.11.2023 at 23:59.

The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to clean the retention reservoir at the B04 level within a period deferred by 7 days in relation to the dismantling date indicated above. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the date of dismantling the turf, of which it will inform the Contractor no later than 7 days before the second match.
