Processing, transport and recycling of waste paper (PPK)

The waste management company as part of the business enterprises of the district of Wolfenbüttel is entrusted with the management of waste disposal in the district of Wolfenbüttel as a public waste disposal company. The waste management company disposes of the waste of around 120,000 inhabitants.

The organisation of the waste paper collection (PPK collection) as well as the provision of the collection containers is carried out by the waste management company, which is also responsible for the disposal of the waste. As part of its responsibility for waste disposal, the waste management company has the recycling of waste paper (PPK) carried out by third parties.

The purpose of this tender is to award the recycling of separately collected waste paper to a bidder. The interface to the waste management company lies in the transfer (transfer of ownership) of the waste paper into the transport containers to be provided by the bidder at the transfer point of the waste management company of the district of Wolfenbüttel.

The contract period is set from 01.01.20204 to 31.12.2025 (basic term).

The client is entitled to extend the term of the contract on unchanged terms by 1 year by unilateral declaration (unilateral extension of the contract).
