Forshaga Municipality's Care — and the Board of Care and Forshagabostäder AB cooperate in the construction process according to the model co-operative contraprenade (partnering). Forshagabotists have been tasked with building a function support accommodation that will be block rented by the Care and Care Administration which in turn leases secondly to the individual user.

The project involves building an accommodation of 10 apartments with operationally aligned technical solutions. In the building that houses the human resources department is placed an apartment, where users with additional nursing needs can have individual needs met.

A major focus in the planning and design of early sketches has been on separating the accommodations from each other. The accommodation operates independently of each other with separate main entrances, dual staff spaces, own communal areas, kitchens, storerooms and more. The design of accommodation has been taken into account allowing good living conditions for users as well as a good working environment for the employees of the business.
