The contract includes a part at a fixed price (maintenance, control and verification services) and a part at unit prices on the order form (upgrading services and services outside the fixed price):
1) a fixed part concerning the services mentioned in the CCTP:
- for lot 1 - elevator maintenance,
- for lot 2 - maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing,
- for lot 3 - maintenance of strong and weak currents,
- for lot 4 - compulsory periodic checks and inspections,
2) and a variable part with purchase orders for a maximum annual amount of:
- for lot 1: 3,000 EUR excluding tax,
- for lot 2: 20,000 EUR excluding tax,
- for lot 3: 15,000 EUR excluding tax,
- for lot 4: 2,000 EUR excluding tax.
This European invitation to tender procedure only concerns Lots 2 and 3. Lots 1 and 4 will be launched using the appropriate procedure. The total estimated value below corresponds to the total of lots 2 and 3 over 4 years (if renewal).
Service and maintenance contract for air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing installations at CINOR headquartersThe holder must ensure the maintenance of the air conditioning and ventilation installations of the premises, including the two sludge removal modules; solar domestic hot water preheating installations; GTC; plumbing and sanitation; backflow preventer; hydrocarbon separator with sludge trap, lifting tank and lifting pumps; pressure reducers.
Service and maintenance contract for CFO and CFA electrical installations at CINOR headquartersThe incumbent must ensure the maintenance of fire safety systems (detection, smoke extraction, extinguishers, etc.); security lighting (Baes, etc.); interior and exterior lighting; portals; automatic doors; electrical installations (transformers, TGBT); anti-intrusion system; access control.
