LGPS Central will be the AIFM of the Property ACS and wishes to appoint a Fund Administrator. An overview of the services in respect of the Project is set out in the Selection Questionnaire document on the In-tend system.LGPS Central will appoint the Administrator for an initial term of five years with a possible subsequent extension of the same timeframe. A key objective of LGPS Central is to achieve cost savings for the Partner Funds and this is therefore a key objective for the Project.Organisations responding to this Process will need to clearly set out the structure, the arrangements it has or will put in place and identify all entities involved. Note that certain parts of the Selection Questionnaire are required to be completed on an individual organisation basis so groups of organisations and/or sub-contractors being relied upon will each need to ensure completion of the relevant question(s).
