The listed ward building "Haus Monika" at the site of the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin Mitte is being extensively rebuilt and renovated in several sections. The work will be carried out on all floors (basement to 4th floor) of the existing building on an area of 6,600 m² GFA.
Extended shell construction as well as painting, tiling and flooring work as early construction measures consisting of, among other things, the following services (excerpt from the course):
- Approx. 60 core boreholes of different dimensions
- approx. 25 pcs ceiling openings in vaulted ceilings, steel block ceilings and reinforced concrete ceilings
- Approx. 30 pcs interceptions with steel girders of different dimensions for core drilling and ceiling openings
- approx. 40 m² masonry
- approx. 18 m² ceiling demolition and new reinforced concrete ceiling
- approx. 40 m steel girder HEB 180 in the elevator head for extension of an elevator
- approx. 250 m² interior plaster
- approx. 40 m² fire protection cladding steel girders
- approx. 100 m² plasterboard walls, ceilings, sloping roof cladding
- approx. 3 m³ sawn timber for roof and wall construction
- approx. 25 m² cement screed with impact sound insulation
- approx. 3.5 m² floor tiles in elevator car and tile repair in small areas
- approx. 5 pcs floor covering (linoleum/rubber), repair in small areas
- approx. 500 m² wall and ceiling paints with emulsion paint
- Approx. 100 pcs of fine cleaning during operation
