The purpose of this contract is to ensure the operation and, where appropriate, supply of fuel, monitoring, conduct, servicing and maintenance of thermal, air-conditioning, aeraulic, domestic hot water, refrigeration and electricity production installations serving municipal buildings, with major maintenance and renewal as a total guarantee for these installations. The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be allocated separately. No free variants are allowed and no mandatory variants are planned for this consultation
