The subject of the contract is the service of fulfilling the duties of an investor supervision inspector for construction works, which were described in the description of the subject of the investment project order under the name "Construction of culverts, bridges, fords and expansion joints together with the liquidation of the bridge and culverts colliding with the investment, and the construction of slopes", on specific conditions in the contract, in accordance with applicable law, technical and building regulations, principles of technical knowledge, maintaining the highest professional diligence and guidelines for the operational program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 under priority axis II - Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change, i.e. No. 8 to the Terms of Reference "Project implementation manual - Guidelines for the implementation of tasks and objects of small retention and prevention of water erosion. A comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountain areas. "
The duties of the investor supervision inspector include
- investor supervision within the meaning of the provisions specified in art. 25, 26 of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law and executive regulations, details in SIWZ,
- a minimum of 1 stay per week on the construction site is obligatory. In the event of offering more stays at the construction site in the submitted offer, the number of stays must be in accordance with the declaration contained in the offer.
As part of the task, the Contractor of construction works will perform:
- culverts: reconstruction and construction will consist in constructing culverts made of corrugated steel, with an open arch section, i.e. with the bottom of a natural culvert, or rebuilt from broken stone. The abutments of the culverts will be made as a groove structure, i.e. wood and stone. Strengthening the slopes in the area of the inlet and outlet will consist of making stone bands and kaszyckowa buildings. At large drops, due to the speed of water, it is planned to make a stone floor at the bottom stabilized with logs,
- bridges: the constructions will be made of wooden logs supported on the Kaszyce abutment. The supporting element of the bridge are wooden joists connecting opposite abutments, on which the bridge surface will be made, made of transversely arranged wooden logs of smaller diameters. The bridge will also be equipped with wooden fenders and wooden railings. Wooden ramps made using dilatation technology will lead to the bridge. Making bridges requires strengthening the bottom and slopes at the abutments, as well as below and above, to protect against possible blurring. This strengthening will be made of groats and stone coating. In places where the riverbed is silted, it will be cleaned, and in places where it is clogged due to branches and rubble deposited by water, it will be cleaned and reconstructed by removing the applied elements and manually laying the broken stone flat, with wedging with a small stone, with forming a cross-section of the bottom arched or trapezoidal (not flat). The construction will not affect the flow and biological continuity of watercourses,
- fords: the construction of fords serves to protect against corrosion of watercourses along the logging route. Beards are stone and wooden constructions. It is a kind of wooden frame made of logs filled with flat boulders and rock blocks. The elements complementing the ford are strengthening the banks and the bottom at the transition sections above and below the ford, and strengthening the raids leading from the routes to the ford. The ramp reinforcements are made of broken stone laid flat with wedging and wooden logs. The designed transition section should be leveled to the existing area using local material. The used beard structure will ensure patency of the ecological watercourse corridor, both along and across. Beards will also locally stabilize the bottom of the watercourse, without affecting the transport of debris. In wetlands, chin raids will be made in the form of expansion joints. Joints will be made in the form of wooden logs, arranged transversely to the road axis, side by side on longitudinal joists. The dilator will be flush with the existing ground level. Joists will be made of larch logs. Fir beams will be laid transversely on joists,
- shore reinforcements will consist of securing the edges of permanent watercourses in places particularly vulnerable to undercrops (in particular those located in the immediate vicinity of the road watercourse) by building in groats made of natural materials (constructions with wooden skeleton filled with native soil and natural or broken stone). The use of porridges in this case will facilitate the restoration of vegetation on the slopes and significantly increase the stability of the edges. Kaszyce will be secured at the bottom and at the ends with a stone coating.
The Investor's Supervision Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that the works described above are carried out correctly.
