Planning and construction-related services for the basic repair of the Pulverweiden weir system in Halle (Saale)

On the basis of a hydronumeric calculation, the new geometry of a weir system is to be determined. The Weiranlage Pulverweiden is located in Halle (Saale) and is to be fully planned as a renovation/basic repair. The overall structure consists of three partial objects or performance profiles according to the HOAI.

It is a construction pit, a weir with two fields including Tosbecken and a bridge consisting of two fields to be renovated. The service to be carried out is to be commissioned as the overall object "Pulverweidenwehr".

The following engineering services are required:

Object planning, structural design, technical building equipment, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control technology, communications / information technology, conveyor system technology and automation technology.

Within the framework of the engineering contract to be awarded here, the contractor essentially includes the draft budget document (draft HU), the draft execution document (draft-AU), the documents for establishing agreement and conduct according to WaStrG, the tender documents and part of the execution documents for the replacement of the new construction of the erecting bridges. In addition, parts of the special services provided by Lph. 8 are commissioned by HOAI, which include services of construction contract support as well as local construction supervision.
