The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the green spaces of the Advivo heritage residences. The services include, in particular, the mowing of lawns, the pruning of shrubs, hedges, weeding, pruning, watering, maintenance of rainwater drainage, etc... This list is however not exhaustive. In any case, the holder must use all possible means to guarantee the proper maintenance, the maintenance in good condition of the plants, the compliance of the green spaces with the regulations and the good state of cleanliness of the common “outdoor” spaces of the residences of Advivo
