The State Road Administration, Department Planning South is planning to implement the requirements planning B97 / B168 OU Cottbus 2nd traffic section and network addition east of Cottbus. Based on the design and approval planning already provided by the offices proVIA Ingenieurbüro für Verkehrsanlagen GmbH Beelitz and BM Ingenieure Senftenberg, the continuation of the traffic system planning for the service phases 5 to 7 is awarded in an open procedure according to VgV §15.

The chargeable costs were calculated at EUR 16 million net.

The scope of services includes basic and special services for object planning of traffic systems according to HOAI § 47 LP 5-7.

Special services are:

- LP 5: Interdisciplinary, integrated construction planning for 5 lots including up to 5 lots per lot,

- LP 5: coordinating the entire project including up to 10 voting dates,

- LP 5: Development of detailed diversion plans for 5 lots and up to 5 lots per lot, including up to 10 voting dates,

- LP 5: supplement to the basic service for the division into 5 lots including up to 5 lots per lot,

- LP 5: Supplement to the basic service for the preparation of the cost calculations according to elKEUR for 5 lots including up to 5 sheds per lot,

- LP 5: Setting up process and network plans,

- LP 6: Detailed planning and preparation of the tender documents of construction phases for special requirements (up to 5 professional lots such as tree felling, signage, marking, etc.) separated for 5 lots,

- LP 6: Supplement to the basic service for the division into 5 lots including up to 5 sheds per lot.
