The operational assistance in the Follo area has been in operation since 1986. The operational assistance will include 12 treatment plants. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement.

See the procurement documents for further information. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Sub-tenders/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract, but has decided that this is not suitable for this project.

Statens Standardavtale (SSA) [Government’s Standard Contract]

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-O.

The contract applies for the 2022 calendar year and runs until it is terminated. The parties have a mutual termination period of three months notice.

The number of treatment plants may change during the contract period.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one supplier.

The individual plant owners/municipality can cancel the contract without it resulting in significant change.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
