The subject of the order is successive deliveries of meat, cold cuts and animal fats
in the quantities and parts specified in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of the Terms of Reference. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix 1a and Appendix 2a.
Delivery must be made once daily from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 11:00, on Fridays and the last day of the month and days preceding holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Orders are placed by telephone, fax or email three days in advance, the contractor undertakes to provide the subject of the order in quantities and dates specified by the contracting party together with the original invoice and the HDI document.
The subject of the order must not show signs of deterioration, damage and staleness. Labels are required on each product in accordance with Regulation No. 1169/2011 on the labelling of foodstuffs.
