The subject matter of this framework agreement is the delivery of desktop PCs, monitors and mobile PCs as well as accompanying maintenance, service, disposal and recycling services by the contractor on demand, as well as the provision of services for the integration of the new hardware into the client's overall IT system by the contractor.

With the invitation to tender for a framework agreement "IT workplace", a system integrator is sought who provides the following services for the client:

1. Delivery and maintenance of IT workstations:

OEM Microsoft Licenses

Desktop-PC's incl. accessories (mouse, keyboard)

monitors

Mobile PC's (notebooks) incl. accessories (bags, backpacks)

2. Services / other support services during the term of the contract for the IT workstations:

2.1 Illustration of a virtual branch of LHM with

Implementation of pre-installations (initial software installation)

Implementation of life-cycle processes (roll-outs)

Supporting and carrying out removals

Commissioning of equipment

2.2 Storage of equipment

2.3 Other services related to the PCs:

Disposal or recycling of equipment

During the entire term of the contract, the client expects the following estimated value: EUR 70,220,853.00 (net)

The maximum value is EUR 72,268,907.56 (net).

The contractual relationship is therefore not only limited to the term, but also to the maximum value.
