This consultation concerns the purchase of school supplies, office supplies, teaching materials and school books for school services and the Ccas of the municipality. The Framework Agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The amount of the contract for the initial period of the framework agreement is a maximum of 230,000 euro(s) excl. tax or 920,000 euro(s) excl. tax for the entire duration of the contract and for all lots (including renewals). The estimated values given in this notice are indicative and also include renewal periods
