The Rijk wants the local culture, sports and exercise supply to better match the demand and that more local customization will be available. People should be given more opportunities to exercise, exercise and experience culture in their own living environment. For this purpose, the Government has drawn up the 'Broad Impulse Combination Function' scheme.

As of 1 July 2022, a new period will start in Berkelland with regard to the deployment of the Broad Scheme of Combination Functions. The deployment of the Combination Officers (CF) in the period 2022-2026 is designed by means of a tendering procedure.
