The project management contract comprises the following elements of project management missions:

- APS - preliminary draft,

- APD - Final draft,

- PRO - Project Studies,

- ACT - Assistance for the awarding of the works contract,

- DET: Directorate of the execution of works,

- VISA - review of project compliance and VISA of business execution studies,

- AOR - Assistance in receiving operations and guarantee of perfect completion of the work of the companies.

Additional missions planned:

- OPC - Scheduling, control and coordination of the site,

- CSSI - Coordination of the fire safety system.

The estimated non-VAT financial envelope for the operation allocated to the works, all expenses included, is estimated at EUR 3,900,000 (excluding taxes).

The overall estimated duration of execution of this project management contract is 42 months.
