The Living Environment Activities Decree (Bal) and the Living Environment Buildings Decree (Bbl) oblige companies and institutions to implement all energy-saving measures with a payback period of five years or less. The energy saving obligation applies to locations of companies and institutions that use electricity or 25,000 m3 of natural gas (equivalent) per year from 50,000 kWh. In order to be able to give substance to this, the municipality of Schagen intends to enter into an agreement with one party for the execution of consultation visits and the checks based on the Recognized Energy Saving Measures Lists as well as a roof scan to gain insight for the entrepreneur / institution into the potential generation by sun on the roof.

The Assignment is carried out in the Municipality and mainly consists of conducting initial consultations, a scan of the roofs, additional follow-up advice and inspection.
