The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the ongoing maintenance of traffic lights and active signs managed by GDDKiA Branch in Katowice Region in Pszczyna.The order includes, in particular:

(a) inspections and maintenance of traffic lights carried out as part of a lump sum remuneration,

(b) repairs and repairs of traffic lights and active signs.

The subject of the contract will be performed in the "basic" and "emergency" mode of maintenance work orders.

The “basic” mode of maintenance orders includes reviews, maintenance, and repairs and repairs of damage, the effects of which pose no immediate danger to people and property in the road lane and its immediate vicinity.

The “emergency” mode of maintenance orders includes repairs to address the effects of failures due to random/external factors that threaten the safety of people and property in the road lane and its immediate vicinity.

As part of this contract, the Contractor will be obliged to perform the following activities:

1) security – immediate removal of threats to road users (e.g. electric shock), marking the place of failure, cleaning elements of damaged signaling from the roadway, pavement, etc.

2) ad hoc - consisting in restoring the normal operation of the device after ceasing to work during its operation or during a road accident,

3) prophylactic - performed periodically, within fixed deadlines, in order to reduce the likelihood of failure of the device, including inspection and replacement or repair of elements and replacement of light sources,

4) current - usually performed with protective treatments, in order to determine whether the device works properly, regarding the supervision of the length of cycles, changing the signaling program, adjusting the setting of the signal chamber, cleanliness of lenses, painting structures and cabinets,

5) reconstruction of the device, total or partial, after the destruction of the device.

2. The performance of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Construction Law, the Civil Code and the Public Procurement Law.
