Framework agreement for the continuation and expansion of the software applications "MeisterTask" of the manufacturer MeisterLabs for the research and teaching sector.

The Technical University of Braunschweig carries out this procurement procedure for its needs and as a procedural representative also for the needs of the further named clients. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator who provides the application software "MeisterTask" from the manufacturer MeisterLabs for research and teaching operations as a SAAS solution. The objective of this procedure is the implementation of a uniform application software for the research and teaching operations of colleges and universities in Lower Saxony in order to be able to share the user experiences and to optimize the efficient application provision using already created templates and collaboration concepts. This framework agreement is intended to ensure the particularly economical purchase of the software for all institutions through the bundling of requirements and the initial collective call-off.
