The subject of the Order is:
Performing the function of Contract Engineer (investor supervision) for the investment under the name: "Extension of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from Rondo Czwartaków to the city border"
1. The object of the order is:
Performing the function of Contract Engineer (investor supervision) for the investment under the name: "Extension of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from Rondo Czwartaków to the city border"
2. The scope of activities of the Contract engineer includes m.in:
a) supervising the conduct of works by the Contractor in the scope of:
- road works,
- works of the construction industry,
- infrastructure works: water and sewage, electricity and energy, teletechnical, gas networks,
- traffic engineering,
- greenery,
- nature surveillance,
- archaeological surveillance,
- other works (e.g. demolition),
in terms of: their quality, proper order, timeliness of execution
(b) approval of all building materials, techniques and technology,
(c) quantitative and costly supervision of the works:
- through the Measurement and Settlement Team and surveyors,
d) coordination of robots in the road lane with network managers or owners performing other works on their own,
e) preparing reports, reports on the financial and material progress of works in general and industry, applications for payment, as well as other documents related to the investment co-financed from the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020 priority axis II: Modern Transport infrastructure action 2.2: Road infrastructure and submitting these reports to the Ordering Party in electronic and written form,
f) supervising the promotion of the project performed by the Contractor construction works as part of: "Extension of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from Rondo Czwartaków to the city border" in accordance with the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020 priority axis II: Modern Transport Infrastructure dizałanie 2.2: Road Infrastructure,
g) preparation of cost estimates for settlement of construction works and remuneration for CI (transitional and final payments) divided into eligible and ineligible measures and division of the cost estimate due to the co-financing agreement (POPW.02.02.00-26-0001/21-00),
h) calculation of the final values of construction works with a division for individual streets,
i) justification for increasing the cost estimate items together with the final statement of items exceeded according to the Ordering Party's recommendations,
j) control of persons employed on the construction site within the scope of their employment contracts.
