INTEGRATED CONTRACT FOR FINAL DESIGN, EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION PLANT FOR REFUELING HYDROGEN TRAINS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF EDOLO AND FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE

The contract amount is € 33,446,657.11 (euro thirty-three million, four hundred and forty-six hundred and fifty-seven/11) divided as better specified in point II.2.4.

The estimated cost of labor included in the total cost of the work is € 4,202,674.41 (four million, two hundred and two thousand, six hundred and seventy-four/41) divided as better specified in point II.2.4.

The estimated value of the contract is € 33,446,657.11 divided as follows:

• € 27,803,682.12 for works, of which € 600,000.00 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

• € 585,301.27 for the final design;

• € 282,195.80 for the executive design;

• € 4,775,477.92 for the full service maintenance service, of which € 13,877.92 for security charges not subject to auction discount, divided as follows:

o € 597,182.56 for the full service maintenance service during the 1-year warranty period, of which € 1,982.56 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

o € 1,194,365.12 relating to the option to extend the warranty period for a maximum of 2 years, of which € 3,965.12 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

or € 2,983,930.24 relating to the option to activate the full service maintenance service after the warranty period for 4 years, of which € 7,930.24 for security charges not subject to auction discount.

The cost of labor estimated by the contracting authority is € 4,202,674.41, of which:

• € 2,536,114.41 included in the estimated amount of the works;

• € 1,666,560.00 included in the estimated amount of full service maintenance of which:

o € 208,320 for the full service maintenance service in the 1-year warranty period;

o € 416,640 related to the option to extend the warranty period for a maximum of 2 years;

or € 1,041,600 related to the option to activate the full service maintenance service after the warranty period for 4 years.
