Award of the concession concerning the definitive and executive design, construction and management of the expansion of the cemeteries of Vibo Valentia and Vena Superiore - Municipality of Vibo Valentia, with the right of first refusal in favor of the promoter, to be carried out through Project Financing pursuant to art. 183 c. 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016 and subsequent amendments

The assignment of the contract concerns the granting (pursuant to art. 183, c. 15 of the Code and subsequent amendments) of the final and executive design, the realization of the expansion of municipal cemeteries in project financing and subsequent economic management and exploitation, under the conditions specified in the annexed tender documents and at the contractual prices offered.

The concession contract will concern:

a) the definitive and executive design activities (in accordance with the Code and subsequent amendments and the Presidential Decree 207/2010 and subsequent amendments) of the work;

b) the activities of Director of Works;

c) the activities of carrying out the expansion works of municipal cemeteries, as better described in the technical-illustrative report, as well as in the summary calculation of expenditure and graphic tables with a presumed total investment of Euro 3,454,484.06, to be understood as including costs for construction works, design charges, miscellaneous expenses and net of VAT;

d) the obligations prescribed by Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, including the identification of the safety coordinator during the design and execution phase;

e) obtaining authorizations, clearances and/or opinions necessary for the execution of the work and related management, specifically it is represented that the area has been declared a seismic zone and therefore the interventions are subject to the authorization referred to in art. 93 and 94 of Presidential Decree 380/01 s.m.i and that the type of intervention in question is subject to sanitation clearance pursuant to Presidential Decree 285/1990;

f) the management of the service system as provided for in the annexed tender documents and at the contractual prices offered.

Also included are infrastructure works and, in general, any building and/or plant interventions that, as directly connected (as preparatory or consequential) to the Concession, are from run within the Area.
