The project comprises a 2-storey imploding house (c. 850 brm2), a yard building and a second 2-storey slumping house (c. 850 brm2) and a population shelter.

The project will be implemented on behalf of the real estate limited company to be established in two phases. In accordance with this project, the construction of a residential building (c. 850 brm2) and a yard building (c. 300 brm2) as well as the structures of the courtyard for these buildings will be constructed. The second phase (option) involves the construction of a residential building (c. 850 brm2) as well as the structures of the yard in this regard as a divided work. The first stage provides for the implementation of the second stage as necessary.
