Description:
Reconstruction of street lighting in Teresin Municipality

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of 2396 lighting points, i.e. the replacement of luminaires for discharge sources with LED light sources in the Municipality of Teresin and the installation of a control system.

1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of 2396 lighting points, i.e. the replacement of luminaires for discharge sources with LED light sources in the Municipality of Teresin and the installation of a control system. 2. The detailed description of the order includes: 1) replacement of 1901 pcs. lighting points by replacing the existing lighting fixtures with modern street luminaires in LED technology that meet the current PN-EN 13201 Road lighting standard (a detailed description is contained in the Device selection table attached to the Description of the subject of the contract); 2) replacement and installation of booms in the amount of 321 (information is included in the sheet - Inventory located in the Equipment Selection Table, which is an Annex to the OPZ); 3) replacement and installation of fuses and clamps and power cords in all housings; 4) installation of street luminaires with booms on existing poles in the amount of 405 pieces (detailed description is provided in the Equipment Selection Table attached to the Description of the subject of the contract); 5) installation of 76 LED inserts for decorative luminaires (a detailed description is contained in the Table of equipment selection constituting an attachment to the Description of the subject of the contract); 6) adaptation of 12 existing LED light sources to the control system or replacement of them with new ones (detailed description see the Equipment selection table attached to the Description of the subject of the contract) 7) replacement of 2 decorative luminaires on existing poles; 8) adaptation of 113 SOU street lighting cabinets to work with the control system; 9) adaptation of the power supply network of the luminaire for discharge lamps located on Kampinoska Street to cooperate with the control system. In 3 SOU switchboards supplying luminaires on Kampinoska Street, the power supply method should be changed in such a way that the power supply circuits of the luminaires located on Kampinoska Street are switched on/off with an additional contactor using a voltage signal from the control system controller, the power supply circuits of the modernized LED luminaires (if any) are to be powered continuously; 10) installation and commissioning of an intelligent energy control and management system (hereinafter referred to as the "System") for 2396 pieces of lighting points (street luminaires, LED inserts type 1 and type 2, stylish luminaires, existing LED luminaires) and for 3 lighting switchboards a total of 2399 pieces, which will allow changing the lighting parameters. It is also a solution that informs the lighting manager about the work and lighting failures; 11) implementation of reactive power compensation in accordance with the description contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order; 12) performing tests, photometric measurements for 10 locations indicated by the Ordering Party. If the measurement shows that the requirements of the lighting class specified for a given location are not met, the Contractor shall perform an appropriate repair at its own expense, while the Ordering Party has the right to request from the Contractor further photometric tests and measurements for the next 10 locations indicated by the Ordering Party; 13) performing as-built geodetic inventory of replaced and added luminaires; 14) performing as-built inventory for all light points by filling in - the Annex to the contract "As-built inventory pattern"; 15) providing the Ordering Party with a lighting control IT system with the possibility of remote monitoring of the built infrastructure; 16) conducting a receiving presentation of the lighting control IT system; 17) conducting training in the use of the lighting control IT system; 18) granting the Ordering Party an unlimited in time and territory license to use the system for remote monitoring of the built infrastructure; 19) technical support and constant update of the system software during the warranty period. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of performing the task can be found in the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
