maintenance in operational condition (Mco) of vessels, boats and port craft based in Cherbourg

This notice concerns a framework agreement complying with the provisions of Articles L2325-1.1° and R2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of this framework agreement is “the maintenance in operational condition (Mco) of vessels, boats and port craft based in Cherbourg” and it entails the award of its subsequent contract relating to the maintenance services of the said vessels in operational condition. It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publication in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

The resulting contract constitutes the basis of the object of the framework agreement and may be executed as follows:

- pursuant to articles R2391-8 to R2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the resulting contract may include one or more optional tranche (s) according to the modalities that will be explained in the consultation file.

- in application of Article R2362-7 of the Public Procurement Code, the resulting contract shall specify the characteristics and terms of performance of the services requested that have not been fixed in the framework agreement and that will be carried out either within the framework of a firm share or by means of order forms.

- pursuant to Articles R 2372-19 to R 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code, the resulting contract presenting significant technical hazards will include a provisional part for orders for supplies or services
