The Office for Building Management of the City of Leipzig intends to modernize house 1 (old building) and the caretaker's apartment at the historic sports hall and partially modernize the outdoor facilities as well as preparation for the interim of the 5 (+T) -train grammar school at the Kieler Straße 72b site in Leipzig.
- Total budget (KG 200-700): currently around EUR 13.8 million gross,
- Production costs (KG 440-450): currently around EUR 1.7 million gross.
The client intends to commission work phases (LPH) 1 to 9 technical planning services for technical equipment - ELT (ALG 4-5) according to § 53 ff in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021 and other services.
The project is divided into the following sub-objects (TO):
- TO 1 - Modernization old building house 1 from the year of construction 1885
- TO 2 - Partial modernization caretaker's apartment at historic sports hall
- TO 3 - new interim building (temporary room system as an outsourcing object).
The assignment is made in accordance with the terms of the contract (see Contractual Terms and Conditions documents) divided into the sub-objects and individual service phases. With the conclusion of the negotiated procedure, performance level I: service phases 1 to 4 for TO 1 and TO 2 as well as other services is contractually commissioned. In addition, further services are reserved in accordance with the draft contract. Work phases 5 to 9 are then to be commissioned in stages (individually or as a whole).
There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the following service phases. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the step-by-step commissioning. The step-by-step commissioning is subject to the securing of the financing by the client or the promotion of the construction project and subject to the condition that the contractor offers the guarantee for an appropriate, high-quality and timely performance.
When the advertised service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the order is expected to end in July 2027 (completion of LPH 8).
