The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

• The supply of Office Supplies including the associated services for the educational facilitation and internal business operations of Avans, whereby high-quality products are offered at a competitive price;

• The assortment becomes accessible to the internal customer via a webshop, which is linked to the order and payment system of Avans, and the orders are also carried out completely digitally;

Within the scope of the assignment fall all Office supplies and optional PPE articles. The PPE article group includes the following products: personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, mouth masks, etc. Avans does not undertake to purchase all PPE items from the Contractor, but does have the option to do so.

The scope of the assignment is:

Purchase value 2022 excl. VAT up to 30-10 € 61.652,07*

From this indication, no rights can be derived by Tenderers regarding future turnover during the term of the Agreement.

The revenue forecast for the coming years is difficult to predict. The more hybrid working and digitization is expected to result in fewer (large) orders.

During the term of the Agreement, it is possible that changes will be made to, for example, the number of locations and/or buildings within Avans. These changes may have consequences for the existing services and deployment of personnel. Avans assumes that changes in the organization within the existing Agreements are translated in a smooth manner. Thinking along by the Contractor and thereby drawing Avans' timely attention to and adequate information about new developments are important conditions for this. In the Agreement, a review clause will be included per assignment, if necessary. This is tailor-made.
