The subject of the contract is the execution of a delivery consisting in the successive delivery of brand new cast iron fittings, flanges, pipes and fittings PEHD and brass fittings within 12 months.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of a delivery consisting in the successive delivery of brand new cast iron fittings, flanges, pipes and fittings PEHD and brass fittings within a period of 12 months.

2. Detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract, the obligations of the contractor and the contracting authority and the conditions for the performance of the contract are presented in the model contract (constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ).

3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty and guarantee for the entire subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract, for the period and under the conditions specified in the model contract.

4. The assortment and quantity of the subject of the order is included in the Assortment List – a list of unit prices, constituting Annex 1 to this specification.

5. The Ordering Party shall ensure the purchase of the subject of the contract in an amount corresponding to at least 80% of the contract value. The remaining amount of the subject of the contract will depend on the operation of the water supply network, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the size of the order in the scope of the remaining 20% of the contract value.
