GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides construction, operation and management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings of the university and municipal buildings.
The existing performance centre for rowing and canoeing in Allermöhe in the Bergdorf district is to be expanded. For this purpose, a new entrance zone, as well as a 2-storey boat hall with changing rooms, sanitary facilities, as well as strength, seminar and office rooms will be built.
