This contract is a project contract for the rehabilitation and realization of a real estate complex located on Avenue Pablo Picasso - Rue Paul Eluard in the municipality of Valette du Var.

The program focuses on:

- Possible asbestos dismantling,

- Possible depollution,

- The demolition of ancillary buildings,

- The rehabilitation and possible extension of the main building allowing the creation of at least 12 free access dwellings.

- The construction of about 58 new housing units in R+4 (PLU in the process of modification in the UBA zone) divided into 33 dwellings in free access and 25 social rental housing.

- The realization of parking in accordance with the PLU zone uBA (1 place per social housing, 2 places per free access housing), for a total of 115 places.

- The realization of the VRD, green spaces, the development of the surroundings and the rehabilitation of the swimming pool.

This notice concerns a project contract for the rehabilitation and construction of a real estate complex located on Avenue Pablo Picasso- Rue Paul Eluard in the Municipality of Valette du Var. The program concerns: - Possible asbestos removal, - Possible remediation, - Demolition of ancillary buildings, - Rehabilitation and possible extension of the main building allowing the creation of at least 12 free access housings.- The construction of about 58 new housing units in R+4 (PLU in the process of modification zone uBA) divided into 33 dwellings in free access and 25 social rental housings.- The realization of parking in accordance with the PLU zone uBA (1 place per social housing, 2 places by free access housing), for a total of 115 places.- The realization of the VRD, green spaces, the development of the surroundings and the rehabilitation of the swimming pool. The estimated envelope provided by the client for the works is set at 6,000,000 euros HT (including asbestos abatement and depollution).
