The subject of the contract is the delivery of a tipper truck and a van type delivery vehicle, in the form of an operating lease with an option to buy, i.e. paid use under an operating lease for agreed leasing installments within 60 months from the date of signing the protocol of acceptance of the leased object, under the conditions specified in detail in the general terms and conditions of the Contractor, the subject of the lease in the form of three-axle garbage trucks for own needs.

A detailed technical description of the subject matter of the contract specifies the description of the subject matter of the contract. This description contains minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject of the contract characterized by better technical and functional parameters, provided that they will not have an impact on higher operating costs.

Financing period: 60 months (59 instalments, redemption), 45% initial fee.

After this payment is booked, the Lessee receives an appropriate purchase invoice and a sales contract. In a situation where the Lessee does not intend to exercise the purchase option, he only pays the value of the installment and returns the leased object to the Lessor; provided that he repays all receivables under the lease agreement.

Delivery of the vehicle – by December 15, 2023.
