The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum, in application of the article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the code of the public order.

The period of validity of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders may be issued. It is fixed from 1.1.2020, or at a later date if the notification comes later, on 31.12.2020.

The framework agreement is tacitly renewable, 3 times in a 1-year period or a maximum of 4 years.

The delivery period of the services will be fixed in each purchase order if necessary.
