The University Hospital Tübingen (hereinafter referred to as the awarding authority) intends to rebuild the building complex at the Uni-Kliniken Tal on the safety roads 5, 7 and 7/1 for the accommodation of the nursing school (present location Berg). The accommodation in the building will be for a limited period of time for about 5-6 years.
In this regard, the performance of the performance of the object planning building, LPH 2-8 acc. Leistungsbild § 34 HOAI (gradual assignment: LPH 2-3, 4-5, 6-8).
The procurement of this service takes place in the context of a procedure according to § 17 VgV. Reference is made to the notice in the EU Official Journal.
The MTAL School (Medical Technical Assistant for Laboratory Medicine) is moving out of Silcherstraße 5-7 / 1. The areas freed up thereby are to be rebuilt for the interim accommodation of the nursing school. This requires the dismantling of some laboratories, the reorganization or renovation of some WC units, the conversion of some seminar rooms and offices. There is a strengthening of fire safety defects z. B. by the production of fire sections and by the installation of missing fire doors. In all houses, the sinks in the office rooms are - as far as possible - rebuilt.
House 5: On Level 2, a seminar room is to be built in the former gymnasium. Access for teachers and barrier-free access is provided at level 3. Similarly, a seminar room will be rebuilt on level 3, teacher offices will be built and the WC units will be renovated. On the east facade a second escape route is secured by an external staircase. On the level 4 and 5, the WC units are arranged centrally via the toilets of level 3. Level 6 (roof level) without use.
In house 7, the vacated laboratory areas on Level 3 and Level 4 will be converted into seminar rooms and offices for the teachers. The area of the simulation OPs on level 4 will continue to be used or partially rehabilitated. Students can access through the main entrance level 3. At level 5 there is a new office space for the nursing scientists and a new seminar room. Level 6 (roof level) without use.
House 7/1: Level 3 and mezzanine Lease of teacher's offices, level 4 Seminar rooms for the nursing school. Level 5 (roof level) without use.
Total construction costs: 2 307 102.64 EUR (rough estimate)
Start of planning immediately after commissioning middle / end of April 2019
The measure is divided into 4 phases.
1) BA is building 7/1 Start of construction from January 2020, completion mid-2020;
2) BA house 7 right wing start of construction spring 2021, completion autumn 2021;
3) BA Haus 7 left wing Start of construction in mid-2021, completion late 2021;
4) BA house 5 Construction start expected from autumn 2021, completion spring 2022.
