Development of New Build Housing

Wales & West Housing is establishing three regional programmes of new build housing construction, in North Wales and West Wales. Within each of those regions they are setting up contracts for developments of varying sizes. In North Wales they have procured two contracts each for 'Medium Schemes' and 'Large Schemes', whilst in West Wales they have procured two contracts for 'Medium Schemes'.

North Wales - Large Schemes

Large schemes are those with a value above GBP3.5M.

North Wales - Medium Schemes

Medium schemes are those with a value range of GBP2m to GBP4M.

West Wales - Medium and Large Schemes

Medium to large schemes are defined as those with a value of greater than GBP4M.

The West Wales region covers the Counties of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
