The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of solar collectors on private properties belonging to the residents of the Wągrowiec Commune. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract brand new (applies to all devices and materials), unused, technically efficient, without physical and legal defects. All devices being the subject of the contract should be ready for operation, come from current production, from a legal source of distribution and have a manufacturer's guarantee enabling the exercise of warranty rights in the territory of Polish. As part of the order, 16 solar collectors will be installed.
