Grenoble-Alpes Métropole wishes to conclude a framework agreement with purchase orders for the purpose of purchasing various materials for structural works for the operation of metropolitan services and the execution of road, sanitation or construction works. The types of products concerned are specified in the documents of the framework agreement. The services are paid :o By unit prices according to the stipulations of the deed of commitment;o By applying the contractor's public prices for purposes connected with the subject-matter of the contract (and not appearing in the list of prices indicated in the BPU), after deduction of the discount mentioned in the BPU; By applying the licensee's public prices in the context of more advantageous promotional offers. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years for a maximum amount set at 200,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, renewable 1 time 2 years for the same amount
