The contract consists of hiring a cleaning service for the buildings and areas assigned to the Port Authority that are specified in the Technical Specifications. Cleaning will be carried out regularly and in the manner described in said document and the personnel who will carry it out will be subrogated personnel.

Within the provision, there are two types of actions:

- cleaning with defined periodicity: office buildings of the Port Authority (two annexed buildings), workshop warehouses (mechanical, electrical and beaconing), the union hall, common areas of the Avilés Pilot Station building, the current access control building, port police changing rooms, toilets on the right bank of the Valliniello wharf and a pedestrian walkway leading to the Oscar Niemeyer cultural center. With an annual budget of EUR 120,000.00,

- cleaning that will be carried out at the request of the Port Authority, paying according to the actions that are actually carried out, the budget of which will be limited in nature, not being able to be exceeded and the actual expenditure being conditioned to the real needs of the Port Authority of Avilés , which is not obliged to spend it in its entirety,

- home of the Faro de Avilés. The annual budget is EUR 1,800.00,

- Espacio Portus museum. The annual budget is EUR 1,800.00,

- Variable services at the request of the APA, for extension of the service and for unforeseen and / or extraordinary situations. The annual budget is 10 000.00 EUR.
