open procedure, pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 letter sss) and art. 60 Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the award of the contract, falling within the scope of the ordinary sectors, concerning the provision of user licenses for the use of the Google Workspace application suite for the atac.roma.it domain provided in the SaaS cloud by Google for a period of thirty-six months from the date of stipulation of the contract, to be experienced with the e-Procurement system. Reference number: Call for tenders no. 106/2022.

The presumed maximum total amount of the contract is € 622,120.20, consisting as follows:

A) € 490,933.50 as the basic amount of the tender;

B) € 33,000.00 as an optional amount for tailor-made specialist support on the Google Workspace and Data Protection suite;

C) € 98,186.70 as option +/- 20%.

The details of the amounts are indicated in art. 3 of the Special Specifications.

Since this is a supply of user licenses in SAAS mode (Software as a Service) there are no labor costs pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; moreover, the amount of security costs (referred to in Article 26, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments) is € 0.00.

The contract The contract may have a shorter duration if there are higher binding provisions for ATAC S.p.A., resulting from the loss of the total or partial assignment of the local public transport service (TPL) by the Institutional Bodies to ATAC itself, which make it impossible to continue in the terms and in the manner provided for in the contract itself, considered in its entirety.
