Ob.08 – Service building – complete reconstruction of the existing facility with a change of use;
Ob.09 – Catchment station – construction of a new facility with full installation and technological equipment;
Ob.10 – Incoming sewage tank – complete reconstruction of an existing facility;
Ob.12 – Power generator – construction of a new facility with full equipment. Installation;

The subject of the contract is: "Construction, extension and reconstruction of the mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Spytkowice" – Stage II – Program Polish Ład. under which the Contracting Authority provides for execution, inter alia:
Ob.1 – Main pumping station – complete reconstruction of the existing facility;
Ob.2 – Technical building + Ob. 2A – Foundation for lime silo – technological equipment of facilities for stage 1;
Ob. 3 – Separation chamber + Ob. 4.1.–Bioreactor 1— technological equipment of Phase 1 facilities;
Ob. 5 – PIX Station – technological equipment of the facility;
Ob. 6 – Excess sludge tank – technological equipment of the facility;
Ob. 7 – Sludge warehouse – technological equipment of the facility;
Ob.08 – Service building – complete reconstruction of an existing facility with a change of use;
Ob.09 – Catchment station – construction of a new facility with full installation and technological equipment;
Ob.10 – Incoming sewage tank – complete reconstruction of an existing facility;
Ob.12 – Power generator – construction of a new facility with full installation equipment;
Ob.13 – Photovoltaic batteries – installation of a complete installation;
Demolition of existing facilities, i.e.: the catchment tray of the supplied sewage tank and the main pumping station gate valve chamber.
Implementation of the necessary inter-object networks;
Zoning of the land around the implemented facilities.
After all works have been completed, commissioning works of the newly created objects should be undertaken. After they are commissioned and prepared for proper and continuous operation in the field of treatment of incoming and incoming wastewater, the existing treatment line should be switched to new facilities. After the development of the facilities and obtaining the effects of wastewater treatment, the existing facilities of the previously operating treatment plant should be decommissioned. The temporary pipe made as part of the previous stage discharging treated sewage to the receiver should also be demolished.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for performance and acceptance of works, objects of works which are annexed to SWZ (Chapter IV and V SWZ).
The scope of the contract includes the complete implementation of construction works by the Contractor based on the design documentation along with the delivery and assembly of equipment, technological start-up, training of employees, preparation of as-built documentation and conducting operational tests.
