The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and implementation of an LMS-class IT platform for managing the training process (stationary and electronic training, courses, studies, etc.) of the employees of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority" and the employees of Institutions Cooperating with the Contracting Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform". The subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "Platform/Information System/AI" with attachments.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and implementation of the Platform for managing the training process (stationary and electronic trainings, courses, studies, etc.) of the Contracting Authority's employees and employees of Institutions cooperating with the Contracting Authority. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1. Provision of a license and implementation of an online LMS (Learning Management System) platform for at least 14,000 users and without limitation as to the number of recorded and launched trainings on the infrastructure made available by the Contracting Authority in accordance with Appendix No. 17 to the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference,

1.2. conducting Workshops for users and administrators of the Platform on its use,

1.3. providing the as-built documentation of the Platform,

1.4. integration of the Platform with the indicated ARMA systems,

1.5. import of data from existing LMS systems such as Oracle OLM, Efront and flat files,

1.6. Modification Service related to the implementation of new functions of the Platform.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the execution of the subject matter of the contract shall be carried out on the terms and conditions set out in the proposed provisions of the contract together with the annexes, which are Annex 7 to the SWZ.
